Q? Do you always deliver free of charge?
A. With our own van we deliver to all the postcodes listed below, all other areas have a £50 minimum order and are delivered via a courier (extra cost may apply – please ask first)
We do ask for a common sense approach to ordering so that we don’t have to send out lots of very small orders, but just ask if you’re not sure.
Q? Where do you deliver to?
A. Local delivery includes the following postcodes, every week using our own vans:
- All CV postcodes
- B37, B40, B46 – 50, B80 and B90 – B98
- We also dip into GL55-GL56, OX15-OX17 and WR7, WR11 and WR12 (please contact us first to check)
- The above includes: Coventry, Rugby, Stratford upon Avon, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Kenilworth, Southam, Wellesbourne, Shipston on Stour, Evesham, Bidford on Avon, Alcester, Redditch, Solihull, Coleshill and all other surrounding areas.
- All other areas have a £50 min order via courier (no discounts available).
Q? Is the 10% discount for new customers available on all products?
A. Yes, with the exception of any Eden Dog and Cat Food products & all Celtic Connection products which get a 5% discount. Discounts are only available on local deliveries.
Q? What if I’m not in when you deliver?
A. Lots of our customers aren’t at home when we deliver so we make sure we know exactly where your order can be left safely. We only deliver ourselves so it’s not like having a random courier throwing your order on the lawn!
You also have the option of us delivering to your place of work if you prefer.
Q? Are you more expensive than my local pet shop or the big pet retail stores?
A. We should be the same price or less because we always use the manufacturers recommended retail prices (RRP). In addition, with the discounts we can offer because of our flexibility we like to think we can at least match any prices you might have seen in the shops, plus, with free delivery that makes us cheaper!
Q? How do I get my 10% or 5% discount for being a new customer?
A. Just add the code ‘NC10’ or ‘NC5’ into the coupon box when you check out, but don’t worry if you’ve already checked out, we will adjust your invoice in time for your delivery.
Q? How do I order?
A. We ask that you call us if you’re a new customer, just to make sure we have all your details and understand your specific needs, after this you can: call, email, text or set up a scheduled program so you don’t need to worry about forgetting.
Q? When will I receive my order?
A. When you first contact us, we’ll tell you your delivery day, from then on you will always get your order on that day of the week. Obviously we don’t like to see pets go hungry and we can normally alter schedules under special circumstances to make sure you get your order before running out.
Q? What if I want something that’s not on your website?
A. This happens all the time and although we are trying to add more and more there’s a million items that aren’t listed. This doesn’t mean we can’t deliver it though. Because we deal with some of the biggest trade suppliers in the country it means we can pretty much get anything you want, when you want it. If you’re not sure just give a call and ask.
Q? How do I pay?
A. You only ever pay once the delivery has been made and we accept cash, cheques or preferably online bank transfers (BACS). You’ll receive an invoice with every delivery and all the relevant deliveries are on it.
