Do you always deliver free of charge?

With our own van we offer free delivery to all the postcodes listed below, if you live further afield we have a £50 minimum order and are delivered via a courier (extra cost may apply – please ask first).

​

We do ask for a common sense approach to ordering so that we don’t have to send out lots of very small orders, our minimum order value for local delivery is just £25.00.

Where do you deliver to?

​

Local free delivery includes the following postcodes, every week using our own vans: 

​

• All CV postcodes

• B26, B37, B40, B46 – 50, B80 and B90 – B98

• We also dip into GL55-GL56, OX15-OX17 and WR7, WR11 and WR12 (please contact us first to check)

• The above includes: Coventry, Rugby, Stratford upon Avon, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Kenilworth, Southam, Wellesbourne, Shipston on Stour, Evesham, Bidford on Avon, Alcester, Redditch, Solihull, Coleshill and all other surrounding areas.

• All other areas have a £50 min order via courier (no discounts available).

Returns & Refunds

​

If you receive a product or order you are not happy with for any reason, please let us know within 2 days of the order being delivered and we will arrange to either swap or replace the item(s).

​

All returned items must be unopened and in the original packaging, undamaged or marked. Please note we cannot take back or refund any frozen goods.

​

Please note we do not offer refunds on pet food. We do offer exchanges.
